What is the booking/confirmation process?
After the tour is finalized by you.
Deposit payments will be requested from your side. Credit Card Payment via SSL-secured link integrated by ISBANK (Turkish Bank). MasterCard and Visa accepted.
Also, you can pay via Bank Deposit to the formal account of Romos Travel. During the reservation, your tour operator will provide more information.
Following the deposit payment, the invoice will be sent the next day. (After the approval of the finance team.)
-After the approval of the deposit, Further details such as Your International flight arrival and departure details, Passport copies for domestic flight tickets, and hotel’s fast-track check-in (Passports sent to hotels for fast-track check-in so that you don’t need to wait at the reception)
-After further details are sent by your side, the tour operator will send your tour confirmation within 5 business days, including your domestic flight tickets and meet-and-greet details, as well as your tour assistant’s contact number, which is available 7/24.
Q: Will I get any invoices after the deposit payment?
Yes, the tour operator will send your invoice the next day after the deposit is paid by your side. The finance team of Luxury Tour Turkey needs to get approval from the bank, which takes ‘1 business day’.
