Samsun Golf Club

Samsun Golf Club Course was built by Samsun Metropolitan Municipality building, which is located within the golf course on one side, sea views, views of the golf course on the other side are positioned in a way that can benefit from green. The structure has a program in which eating and drinking facilities are at the forefront that will serve the members of the golf club as well as the people of Samsun. Responding to the needs of golf instructors and administrative units, the structure provides most of the service needs underground.

It was aimed that the structure would exhibit a modest naturalness in the environment in which it was located. The semi-open and closed areas formed under the successive eaves accommodate the functions of a recreation area, a restaurant, and a cafe.

Since the direction of the sea view is West, the slope of the roofs was created in a direction that will provide solar control.

Using natural materials such as zinc, wood, and stone, it was ensured that the structure had a strong but calm expression. It was intended that the roof surfaces would be covered with the same material from the inside and outside and show themselves as oblique plaques. These oblique plates are attached to a more massive core, wood and stone materials are used.
