Cancellation Policy for GetTurkeyTour

Welcome to GetTurkeyTour, where we connect travelers with local providers to create unforgettable travel experiences. Please review our cancellation policy to understand the terms of making and canceling bookings through our platform.

1. Service Fee and Payment Structure:

• Service Fee: At the time of booking, we charge a non-refundable service fee equal to 20% of the booking cost. This fee is required to secure your reservation with the chosen provider and cover administrative costs on the GetTurkeyTour platform.
  
  
• Remaining Payment: The remaining balance of the tour cost will be paid directly to the provider in cash on the day of the tour.

1. Provider-Set Cancellation Policies:

• Provider Authority: On our platform, each provider has its own cancellation policy. The providers independently determine these policies, which may vary.
  
  If the provider you booked does not arrive on the tour, we will replace him or her with another provider, or we will pay you the service fee, which is 20%.
  
  
• Platform’s Role: GetTurkeyTour does not manage or enforce the cancellation policies set by providers. We only facilitate the booking process and ensure clear communication between travelers and providers.

1. Traveler Responsibilities:

• Understanding Policies: Travelers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the cancellation policy of their chosen provider prior to booking.
  
  
• Preparation for Payment: Travelers should prepare to fulfill the remaining payment in cash as agreed upon with the provider, unless otherwise specified in the provider’s personal terms.

1. No Refunds by GetTurkeyTour:

• As the service fee is non-refundable, GetTurkeyTour does not process refunds for this part of the booking amount under any circumstances. Each provider’s cancellation policy should guide the resolution of refund issues for any additional payments made directly to them.

• While GetTurkeyTour does not intervene in disputes related to cancellations and refunds, our customer service team is available to help facilitate communication between travelers and providers to reach a resolution, if necessary.
