The subsequent terms and definitions apply to the current Terms and Conditions:

Local Providers: The providers of GetTurkeyTour’s offerings are local Travel agencies. “GetTurkeyTour agents” have their profile visible on the platform and can accept reservations through GetTurkeyTour.

Guests: Those who use the GetTurkeyTour platform to communicate with local providers or make reservations are the organization’s clients.

The Legal Entity

GetTurkeyTour, a registered private corporation, maintains its headquarters at Sinanpasa Mh. Alaybeyi Sk. No. 2/3 Besiktas, Istanbul, Turkey.

GetTurkeyTour is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Istanbul, which has registered it under registration number 735 162 3266.

Reservations (for Guests)

The requested host automatically receives all GetTurkeyTour reservations, whether made through the website or the app.

Instant Confirmation automatically confirms the reservation with the requested host at the selected time and date. With this in place, GetTurkeyTour remains able to request modifications to the host, time, or date.

On-demand reservations are contingent upon the host’s confirmation, which is determined by the activity or tickets in question, as applicable. The guest commits to payment.

Only the GetTurkeyTour agents’s email confirmation confirms the legitimacy of a reservation.

Guests who make a reservation at GetTurkeyTour are aware of our cancellation policy.

Reservations (for Providers)

Reservations made through GetTurkeyTour obligate the hostesses to provide the requested service.

Providers are aware that cancellations and transfers negatively affect the satisfaction of their visitors and consequently impact their platform performance.

GetTurkeyTour explains the cancellation policy to the providers.

1. Introduction Welcome to GetTurkeyTour! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including any content and functionality offered on or through GetTurkeyTour.com
   
   
2. Services GetTurkeyTour provides an online platform that connects travelers seeking guided tours, attractions, experiences with local travelagencies in Turkey. Our services include the ability to browse, book, and pay for tours directly through the Site.
   
   
3. User Accounts (a) To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. (b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and any activities conducted through your account.
   
   
4. Booking and Cancellations (a) All bookings made through GetTurkeyTour are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective tour provider. (b) Cancellation policies are set by individual tour providers and are outlined at the time of booking. Please review these policies carefully before finalizing your booking.
   
   
5. Conduct (a) Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during tours. GetTurkeyTour reserves the right to remove any user from the platform for conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the trademark, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to GetTurkeyTour and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under national and international copyright laws.
   
   
7. Disclaimers (a) GetTurkeyTour does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site nor does it adopt nor endorse, nor is it responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than GetTurkeyTour (b) The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GetTurkeyTour.We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability GetTurkeyTour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (I) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (II) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (III) any content obtained from the services; and (IV) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
   
   
9. Changes to Terms GetTurkeyTour reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the GetTurkeyTour website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.

Your acceptance of these Terms is effective immediately upon your use of any part of the Site or services and is valid for each occasion you use our services.

If you are using the services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) “you” includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the entity to these Terms and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the GetTurkeyTour platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and/ or contributors of content. The terms govern all activities connected with the use of GetTurkeyTour ‘s website and associated services, including but not limited to the selection, booking, and payment of guided tours available through the platform.

The Services provided under these Terms are offered exclusively through GetTurkeyTour, accessible via web and mobile. These Terms apply equally to all forms of access and use of the Site, whether via personal computers, mobile devices, or other technology.

This scope includes any activities related to the use of our platform, from the initial browsing and inquiry stages to the final booking and post-tour feedback. Each user, by accessing the platform, agrees that the jurisdiction for any disputes will be governed by the laws applicable as defined in the “Governing Law” section of these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that individual tours booked through GetTurkeyTour may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the tour providers. It is the user’s responsibility to review and agree to any such terms prior to booking a tour.

Payment Terms

1. Deposit Payment When booking a tour through GetTurkeyTour, you are required to pay a deposit which is %20 of the total cost of the tour price, at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable except by our Cancellation Policy. The exact deposit amount required will be specified during the booking process.
2. Remaining Balance The remaining balance of the tour price is due directly to the tour provider on the day of the tour. This payment must be made in cash unless otherwise agreed upon by you and the tour provider prior to the commencement of the tour.
   
   
3. Confirmation of Booking Your booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been paid. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address detailing your tour reservation, the deposit paid, and the amount due to the tour provider.
   
   
4. Cancellation Policy Please refer to our Cancellation Policy section for information on the conditions under which a deposit may be refunded. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before making your booking.
   
   
5. Responsibility for Payment It is your responsibility to ensure that the remaining balance is paid in full to the tour provider. GetTurkeyTour is not responsible for the collection of the remaining balance and cannot be held liable for any disputes regarding payments made directly to tour provider / guides.

User Registration

The website allows you to search for tours and providers without requiring prior registration. You may be required to register, create an account, and build a profile with personal information (a traveler’s account) before making any tour reservations on the website. The site does not allow requests to create additional traveler’s accounts.

The creation of a traveler’s account is subject to GetTurkeyTour’ limited discretion. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to a traveler’s account and/or terminate an existing account without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason.

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information, as well as maintain an up-to-date profile on your traveler’s account. We will only collect and utilize personal information in ways that align with our privacy statement.

You shall have no liability whatsoever for any claims arising from the provision of inaccurate, belated, or incomplete information.

It is your responsibility to monitor all activity on your traveler’s account and maintain the secrecy of your password. If you discover that an unauthorized user has gained access to your traveler’s account, you must immediately notify GetTurkeyTour.

The Booking

A different provider published each of the numerous tours listed on the website, detailing their features and inclusions, including an itinerary and description (“Tour Terms”). You can send a message to the provider asking about a specific tour or requesting a customized tour.

Additionally, by selecting the “Book Now” button or any other modifiable button, users can submit a reservation request to a tour provider for a specific itinerary. Except for last-minute reservations (also known as “instant bookings”), which may be reserved automatically without the provider’s consent, tours are essentially solicitations to present an offer to a provider.

When the provider accepts and confirms your appointment request, the two of you enter into a legally binding agreement. The providers retain the authority to approve or deny your reservations.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly examine the tour terms prior to submitting a booking request to a provider. Once the provider accepts your appointment request, you will be required to adhere to the tour terms. These terms and conditions will take precedence over the tour terms in your relationship with GetTurkeyTour.

You acknowledge and consent to the possibility of modifications to the tour itineraries that are beyond the provider’s control due to ongoing disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. You agree that cancellation of the tour without penalty is permissible only in the case of modifications that significantly affect the tour itinerary.

Guests Reviews

The providers may post ratings and evaluations (“reviews”), to which they may respond. You agree to the following by uploading, posting, or otherwise providing access to your reviews on or through the site:

(a) You hereby authorize GetTurkeyTour to obtain a non-exclusive, accross Turkey, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the term of the protection), sub-licensable, and transferable license for your reviews. This license does not require your prior approval and/or notification. You have the right to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, create derivative works, modify, distribute, and promote your reviews in accordance with GetTurkeyTour’ business. Even if you terminate your traveler’s account on the site, this license will still be in effect.

(b) Sign and represent that you possess complete ownership or legal authority over the rights pertaining to your reviews and that GetTurkeyTour’ use of your reviews does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

(c) You agree to indemnify GetTurkeyTour against any losses and liabilities that may result from the action of such a third party against GetTurkeyTour if your reviews otherwise than GetTurkeyTour violate the rights of a third party.

(d) Recognize that your review content will be accessible to other users of the website.

The following guidelines strictly prohibit uploading, publishing, or transmitting any review that violates them: (I) engages in defamatory, obscene, offensive, or fraudulent content; (II) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any provider or user; (III) endorses illegal or harmful activities; or (IV) contains contact information.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to remove or modify any reviews that we believe violate these Terms and Conditions or violate intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to unpublish any tours that contain such reviews.

The views expressed in reviews are those of the website’s users and do not necessarily represent the stance of GetTurkeyTour. While GetTurkeyTour may validate the veracity of reviews, it does not provide a guarantee that they are precise or true. GetTurkeyTour shall not be liable for any claims or consequences that may arise as a result of the reviews.

You consent to the provisions outlined below:

1- Site utilization: You must limit your use of the site to its intended purposes and refrain from using it for any illicit or unauthorized endeavors. The site prohibits you from contacting, soliciting, or recruiting providers for business offers. Furthermore, you cannot use the website for harassing, pestering, or engaging in any other inappropriate activity.

2- Contact information: You agree not to provide the providers with any personal information, including your full name, phone number, email address, or social media profiles, prior to their acceptance of your booking request.

3- Dialogue involving the providers: You agree that all communications with the providers prior to the tour will take place via the website. Additionally, GetTurkeyTour provides consumer service via email and telephone.

GetTurkeyTour reserves the right to review and modify any communications between you and the providers that fail to comply with these terms and conditions (such as by including objectionable language or contact information).

You shall exercise caution and good discretion when using the site and disclosing personal information to the providers, for which you are solely responsible.

4- Interactions with Us: You consent to GetTurkeyTour and the Providers contacting you via email, text messages, phone calls, and automated calls at the phone number and email address you provide in your traveler’s account or otherwise provide to us in order to convey to you any pertinent information, changes, updates, or other significant details pertaining to your bookings.

5- Information for providers: You understand and consent to using the provider’s information solely for the purpose of participating in a tour or as necessary for other services arranged through the site.

6- Disputes with Customers: You and GetTurkeyTour agree to resolve any consumer disputes or complaints in good faith. If the provider is unable to resolve any issues directly, contact GetTurkeyTour, and we will do our best to help. We lack control over the providers’ performance and service quality, and we cannot ensure the resolution of any dispute.

7- Acquisition of Products While on a Tour: It is advisable to exercise prudence when acquiring any merchandise while on a tour. GetTurkeyTour does not engage in tour design, lacks knowledge of any merchandise available for purchase during a tour, and does not provide any assurances regarding the quality, origin, or other provenance of such merchandise.

8- Unauthorized Site Access: You cannot use the site or participate in a tour in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the functionality of the site; use data mining or any other technique to extract data; engage in reverse engineering; or gain unauthorized access to certain areas of the site.

9- Inquiries: You agree that you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to submit any ideas, suggestions, and opinions (“Opinions”) to us through our surveys or any other alternative means. Furthermore, you hereby grant GetTurkeyTour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the term of the protection), sub-licensable, and transferable license to access, use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, and distribute the opinions. Even if the site terminates your traveler’s account, this license will continue to exist.

10- Hypertext references to external websites: The site may contain links to third-party websites, each subject to their own set of terms and conditions. We do not endorse or be responsible for the services and/or content available on those websites. We recommend that you review and familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of these websites.

Provider’s Principles

At all times, GetTurkeyTour Providers must observe and respect the principles. In addition to basic hosting requirements, the GetTurkeyTour Providers Principles establish quality standards.

For example, avoid allowing your mobile device to distract you during the activity.


GetTurkeyTour and visitors should provide feedback that is both candid and responsive.

The genuineness

To provide visitors with a genuine experience, GetTurkeyTour providers strive to convey the true essence of their city.

To provide your visitors with a genuine encounter, offer them exclusive access, a fresh viewpoint, or even hidden treasures. Keep in mind that your clients’ reservations are for experiences they could not have had on their own.

Relating to

It is our mission to unite individuals and cultures. Foster meaningful interactions with your visitors throughout their entire GetTurkeyTour experience.

Prior to engaging with the guests: 

Respond to inquiries and offer assistance to your visitors. They may require further clarification or encouragement that they have selected the most suitable host and experience.

Consciously apprise your guests of any modifications that may be required to the itinerary or overall experience. Assure them that you are in agreement with the changes. 

As the experience progressed:

The needs of specific visitor categories, such as the elderly, infants, and people with disabilities, should receive special consideration.

To ensure that all members of the group feel involved and engaged, address them while providing an explanation and pausing to do so.

It is imperative to maintain an awareness of cultural variations and bear in mind that distinct individuals may have varying expectations regarding conduct and sensibilities. Maintain a receptive mindset and inquire further.

It can be extremely helpful to inform attendees of additional details and provide them with advice after the event.

Provisions for Hosting II

To maintain a GetTurkeyTour profile, providers must meet the minimum standards outlined below. Violating these stipulations will constitute a performance degradation threat that could potentially terminate your access to the platform.

Competence in the field

Providers must adhere to the following competency criteria:

Particularly during the time of a reservation and in regard to any imperative or time-sensitive matters, maintaining accessibility and contact with both the office and the visitors.

Exhibiting a suitably formal and expert appearance while adhering to standards of hygiene.

Respectful and courteous communication with visitors and tour providers.

Due regard for the obligation that a reservation entails. Unanticipated circumstances may arise; however, it is intolerable to be late, rescind, or fail to appear at a reservation without notifying the visitors in advance and without a valid reason.

During a tour, refrain from engaging in immoral behavior, including smoking.

Reliability

GetTurkeyTour providers act as representatives of the GetTurkeyTour community, so they must adhere to the following rules:

Constantly maintain private tours for GetTurkeyTour. Unless otherwise specified or requested by GetTurkeyTour with the consent of all parties involved, we do not permit the combining of groups from various reservations, except for those who are visitors.

The reservation’s provider should consistently lead the experience; providers should never delegate the task of filling in for another individual.

We prohibit providers from expressing negative sentiments about GetTurkeyTour or lodging complaints about the organization or its events in front of guests or on public platforms. Directly addressing all complaints and feedback to the GetTurkeyTour team is required.

Establish appropriate privacy settings for your online presence. When discussing social media, keep the GetTurkeyTour logo in mind.

Refrain from using the GetTurkeyTour platform to conduct business with guests (e.g., by attempting to circumvent the online booking system) or other providers. Instead, use the platform to authentically promote your profile and offer experiences to guests.

When engaging with visitors, maintain objectivity, a service-oriented mindset, and composure.

Neither providers nor visitors should discuss remuneration or ask for gratuities.

Ensuring Security

In the course of delivering a service to visitors, providers uphold elevated levels of safety and security when delivering a service to visitors. Standardization is as follows:

By constantly assessing tour activities for potential dangers or critical points, GetTurkeyTour providers must proactively prevent hazardous situations. 
It is imperative to maintain accurate emergency contact information and knowledge of the closest medical facilities, in addition to promptly conveying pertinent safety procedures to visitors when required.
We never allow providers to become intoxicated on a tour or experience. If the wine tour does not include wine or beer tastings, it prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

A further stipulation is that providers shall never serve intoxicating beverages to minors.
The GetTurkeyTour platform will immediately remove any entity found to have or be utilizing illicit substances while on tour. 

Proximate removal from the platform will result from any emotional or personal connection with a visitor, regardless of whether it is genuine or perceived, as determined solely by GetTurkeyTour. We expect GetTurkeyTour providers, who hold a position of authority, to conduct themselves appropriately during a tour.

To prevent potential miscommunications or misunderstandings, providers ought to refrain from entering the hotel rooms of their visitors.

Tour Providers’ Guests Regret Principles

Offering authentic experiences and fostering cultural understanding, GetTurkeyTour connects visitors with local providers in Turkey.

To foster mutually beneficial and respectful connections through the GetTurkeyTour platform, users agree to abide by our principles.

1. 1. To treat their local host with professionalism.
2. 2. To refrain from engaging in conduct that is discriminatory, hostile, menacing, harassing, racist, xenophobic, or sexually suggestive, or that incites violence, hostility, or menace against their local host and the people in the vicinity.
3. 3. You shall not attempt to circumvent the platform’s online booking system to schedule a tour.
4. 4. You shall not communicate with a GetTurkeyTour host for any reason other than the following:

– Coordinating the meeting with the host;

– Soliciting local recommendations and advice;

– Scheduling a tour through the platform;

Conducts guided tours for visitors

GetTurkeyTour is an internet-based ecosystem that facilitates connections between tourists and natives across Turkey to provide them with exceptional dining, sightseeing, and activity recommendations. In our marketplace, demand (travelers) and supply (local providers) converge.

Through our website, you can reserve excursions, activities, and tours in Turkey in partnership with local providers.

Guests establish a direct contractual relationship with the providers with whom they make a reservation. GetTurkeyTour acts as an intermediary between the visitor and the host. GetTurkeyTour, as an impartial third party, bears no responsibility to fulfill any obligations or provide any damages that may arise from the contractual relationship between the host and visitor.

A minimum of one adult, aged 18 years or older, is required to be present for the duration of the experience for each reservation.

Host-Related Tour Services

GetTurkeyTour is a digital platform that facilitates interactions between local users and international travelers, providing the latter with exceptional dining, touring, and activity recommendations. In our marketplace, demand (travelers) and supply (local providers) converge.

Through the GetTurkeyTour platform (website and app) and strategic alliances with other businesses, the organization enables local providers and providers to provide visitors with excursions and activities.

As a means of assisting providers in their endeavors as GetTurkeyTour providers, GetTurkeyTour promotes the providers’ profiles and attractions.
