This was hands down the best evening we spent in Istanbul. Our hotel pickup was right on time, and the staff on board welcomed us warmly. As we sailed away from the shore, the sun began to set, casting golden hues across the city skyline. Dinner was beautifully presented, with a nice selection of meze, grilled chicken, and fresh salads. The folk dances and belly dancer performance were lively but not over the top. We ended the night sipping tea on the deck, watching the bridges light up.
