Discover Cappadocia’s wonders on a private tour. Visit Uchisar Castle, explore an underground city, marvel at Devrent Valley, see Pasabaglari’s fairy chimneys, and explore the UNESCO-listed Goreme Open Air Museum.
Your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel at a time of your choosing, allowing for a relaxed and flexible experience. Begin your journey at Uchisar Castle, the highest natural rock fortress in Cappadocia. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views and a private guided tour of this historic lookout point, which played a crucial role in the region’s defense system.
Continue to an underground city, a hidden marvel of Cappadocia. Explore a network of tunnels, living quarters, and storage rooms that once provided shelter to entire communities during times of invasion. Unlike group tours, your private guide will take you deeper into the history and architecture of this fascinating subterranean world, ensuring you fully appreciate its significance.
Next, visit Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley), a dreamlike landscape where naturally formed rock formations resemble animals, figures, and mythical shapes. This valley offers some of the most unique photo opportunities in Cappadocia, and as a private tour, you’ll have ample time to wander, take pictures, and soak in the scenery without feeling rushed.
After lunch, explore Pasabaglari (Monk’s Valley), home to some of Cappadocia’s most iconic fairy chimneys. These mushroom-shaped formations were once inhabited by hermit monks, creating a truly mystical atmosphere. With no strict time constraints, your private guide will ensure you have enough time to take in the valley’s serene beauty and fascinating history.
The tour continues to Avanos, a charming riverside town famous for its ancient pottery-making traditions. Watch a live pottery demonstration, where skilled artisans use centuries-old techniques to create intricate ceramic pieces. If you wish, you can try your hand at pottery-making, crafting your own souvenir under expert guidance.
The final and most historically significant stop is the Goreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With your own private guide, you will explore the stunning rock-cut churches adorned with intricate Byzantine frescoes, dating from the 10th to 13th centuries.
Unlike standard group tours, your private experience ensures a deeper understanding of the biblical scenes depicted in the frescoes and the monastic life that once thrived here. After a full day of exclusive exploration, relax as your private driver takes you back to your hotel in comfort.

The day was beautifully paced. Ishak, our guide, gave brilliant insights into the Christian heritage of Göreme and explained the frescoes in the Dark Church. Çavuşin village and its rock-cut dwellings were highlights for me. Travelux Tours’ attention to detail, including a scenic stop at Rose Valley, made this a standout tour.
This tour blended natural beauty and ancient history seamlessly. Exploring Paşabağ and the fairy chimneys, walking quiet trails through Rose Valley, and learning about Avanos’ pottery traditions made the day unforgettable. Our guide Gamze’s passion really shone through.
Walking through Çavuşin’s abandoned stone houses felt like stepping back in time. Our guide, Latife, made history come alive.
The underground city was a surprise highlight, with narrow tunnels and hidden rooms.
This tour showed us both famous sights and lesser-known corners of Cappadocia.
